Abstract/Summary
The site had previously been subject to evaluation in May 2019, prior to submission of the planning application, in the form of a single hand excavated trial trench. The current investigation initially comprised the excavation of a further evaluation trench, followed by a watching brief during development groundworks. The watching brief comprised the archaeological monitoring of excavations for the foundations for the new build dwellings located within the former garden.
